Loved the gorgeous view from my room. It was spacious and had a unique bathtub by the window. The staff were friendly, helping me navigate the check-in process with ease.

I faced disturbances due to loud music from the neighboring hotel party, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom situation was awkward with the toilet facing the bed, providing no privacy.

I had a cozy night in a lovely room with a nice seating area and a great coffee setup, making my mornings extra special. The pool and the hot tub were perfect spots for relaxing after a long day. It would have been nice to have more info in the room about the services available. 👍

Deluxe Double Room with Bath offered a great stay close to the beach, complete with a Nespresso machine and a spacious layout. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially one who helped carry my suitcase to the room, which was a nice personal touch. The hotel’s hot tubs provided a relaxing atmosphere. while the location is lively, I found it a bit noisy at night, and the access to hot tubs could be improved during peak times.

this hotel was amazin! had a room with a balcony and hot tub which was super special! the views were incredible and the room was really nicely decorated. staff were super friendly and the bar food was really good. loved being so close to the beach and promenade!

I had the pleasure of staying in a Deluxe Double Room with Bath, and it was truly a memorable experience. The room had delightful touches like a Nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water, and I loved the spacious shower with excellent water pressure. Access to the upper balcony hot tubs was a fantastic bonus, providing a unique way to unwind. the lively location meant there was a bit more noise than I would prefer at times.

The stunning decor throughout The Palm created a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with unique touches in my room, such as a spacious layout, a modern design, and elegant lighting that made my stay truly delightful.

The Deluxe Double Room featured a unique copper bathtub positioned beautifully by the window, adding a special touch to the experience. The spacious layout allowed for a cozy atmosphere, and the shower had excellent water pressure, making it a nice place to unwind after the day’s adventures.

Unfortunately, the lack of parking facilities was a hassle, leaving us to scramble for a spot to unload luggage. The broken lift became a pain given our large suitcase, and we were left without a proper closet or luggage racks in the room. the absence of outlets for our coffee maker and kettle required some creative solutions, which was slightly annoying. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive—on both nights we could distinctly hear raucous celebrations. The dysfunctional bathroom door didn't close properly, leaving little in the way of privacy. After those two long nights, we left more exhausted than when we arrived.

The unique decor, with art adorning every wall, made me feel like I was strolling through a charming gallery. Combined with the stunning sea view from my room, it was a visual treat that warmed my heart.
